How do I get my files?

Every product is an instant digital download. Your files are available as soon as you check out on Gumroad or Etsy. No physical item ships.

What file formats do you use?

Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx) and PDF, depending on the product. Each product page lists exactly what's included. Excel files are built for Microsoft Excel. They open in Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice, but some formulas, drop-downs or formatting may behave differently.

Do you have A4 and US Letter?

Yes, for the printable forms that include both: 02, 07, 10, 12, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29, 30, 31 and the International Facility Bundle (B6). Other Excel templates have no fixed paper size, so print them from Excel on your usual paper.

Are units metric or imperial?

The free checklist (00), the HVAC Filter & Belt Schedule (16), the Roof Inspection & Leak Log (17), the Generator Test & Run Log (18) and the International Facility Bundle (B6) support both metric and imperial.

What language are the files in?

English. Some product pages are translated, but the files themselves are in English.

What can I do with the files? (Licence)

You may use, edit and print the files for your own business or organisation's work. A separate Facility Team Licence (one organisation, up to 25 staff) is available for some products; its licence file sets out the terms. Core 5 Team Licence: toolkitpro11.gumroad.com/l/mcfaapx. Your filled-in records are always yours.
