What can I do with the files? (Licence)

You may use, edit and print the files for your own business or organisation's work. A separate Facility Team Licence (one organisation, up to 25 staff) is available for some products; its licence file sets out the terms. Core 5 Team Licence: toolkitpro11.gumroad.com/l/mcfaapx. Your filled-in records are always yours.

Licence terms

• You may not sell, resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the files, in original or edited form, or offer them as part of another product, template pack or service.
• The templates are general-purpose. They are not official forms of any authority, are not certified or approved by any regulator, standards body or insurer, and come with no guarantee of compliance, inspection results or any outcome.
• The files are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from their use.
• The licence grants use, not ownership. It ends if its terms are broken. Your filled-in records are always yours.
