Privacy

Last updated: 1 November 2026. This is a small static website. This page explains in plain terms what data is involved and what you can do about it.

Who we are

FacilityToolkitPro is operated by KKEC Limited Liability Company. To contact us, message us through our Gumroad store or our Etsy shop.

Email list

Our email list runs on Kit (ConvertKit). When you sign up on our Kit sign-up page we collect only what you type in (your email address). We use it to send the checklist and occasional maintenance tips. Sign-up is double opt-in: Kit emails you a confirmation link first, and nothing else is sent until you click it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Kit's own privacy policy also applies to data held on its service.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, Etsy or Amazon under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card details.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

This website

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no cookies set by this site.
  • One third-party script loads on each page: gumroad.js from gumroad.com, which powers the Gumroad buy buttons. Like any request to another site, it shares your IP address and browser details with Gumroad, and Gumroad may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
  • Fonts and images are served from this site. Links to Gumroad, Etsy, Amazon and Kit take you to those sites, and their policies apply there.
  • Your language choice (EN/ES) is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device.
  • The site installs a service worker that keeps an offline copy of its own pages and files on your device. It stores nothing about you and sends nothing to us. You can clear it in your browser's site settings.
  • Like any website, the server that hosts these pages may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested).

Deleting your data

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or message us through Gumroad or Etsy and ask us to delete your email address from our list.

Your rights where you live

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU or UK, or the CCPA in California) you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Message us through Gumroad or Etsy and we will help.
